QIs there a minimum contract length?

All retainers run on a minimum 6-month term. This is not a lock-in — it is the minimum time needed for the Signal System to compound meaningfully. The first month establishes the content rhythm. By month three the data starts producing clear patterns. By month six you have a genuinely compounding system with proven creative, a growing audience, and warm intent signals feeding your pipeline. After the initial term, contracts roll monthly with 30 days' notice.

QCan I start on a lower tier and upgrade later?

Yes — and we actively encourage it. Many clients start on Social Foundation to establish the content rhythm and quality standard, then move to Signal Growth once the paid amplification layer makes sense. Upgrades can happen at any monthly renewal point after the initial 6-month term, with no penalty.

QDoes the studio session happen every month?

Social Foundation and Signal Growth include one monthly content session at Hampshire Podcast Studios or a studio more local to your office or location. Full Signal includes two monthly sessions — increased frequency for higher output volume. All studio sessions are booked and managed through us. We handle all planning, direction, and production for every session. You show up and talk.

QWhat if I want to add paid social later without upgrading tiers?

Paid social support is included from Signal Growth upward. If you are on Social Foundation and want to add it before upgrading, we can scope it as a project add-on. However, we generally recommend upgrading to Signal Growth as the full tier provides better value and keeps the paid amplification properly connected to the organic system.

QWho actually does the work — senior people or juniors?

Every retainer is delivered by our named senior team — a dedicated mix of strategists, social media managers, video editors, SEO specialists, and a brand and operations lead. You get the same people every month. There are no junior account handlers, no offshore production, and no rotating teams. Your account manager attends every call and is accountable for your results.
